AJC Auto Parts was founded in 2004 as a specialist manufacturer of forged and cast engine components. Today, our 40,000 m² facility ships to 60+ countries.

What began as a small foundry supplying local vehicle assemblers has grown into a vertically integrated manufacturer producing over ten million engine components a year. Every step — from raw-material qualification to final packaging — happens on our own shop floor.
We invested early in Japanese, Swiss and German equipment for forging, honing and coating. That decision remains the backbone of our tolerance discipline: bore roundness under 0.015 mm, valve stem straightness within 0.02 mm, and ring diameter ovality below 0.05 mm.
Our engineers work directly with OEM design teams and aftermarket distributors to reverse-engineer discontinued platforms, develop upgraded coatings, and match kit-level dimensional stack-ups. It's the same team that will spec your next order.
